It's baseball season and Daughter's BF is a pitcher at his college. So I'm back to doing baseball pages. I have quite a few of Son in Little League. I hope my photography skills have improved. I had to get out my old Pentax K-1000 35mm camera!! It is the only camera we own with a great zoom lens. However the zoom lens must be dirty because all the pics came out with a black spot across one side. The pics below were taken with Daughter's Kodak Easy share camera, they were the best photos. I picked 3 that showed action through a pitch.
Thanks for looking, Hope you enjoy.
I love the "tink, tink" onf baseballs hitting the bats. It always reminds me of spring. We live across the street from the high school baseball diamond.

February DL Trip
Seems like there are always pictures of Disneyland on my desk. These are from February 20-21, 2009. This one of Daughter with Peter Pan was done using Hot off the Press Disney Papers. The background and the tag and word strips were all there. I just added cardstock matts and a short piece of ribbon. Peter Pan was funny. Daughter posed with him then he kept teasing her by moving around. She finally grabbed him to hold him down. Good thing she wasn't catching his shadow!
Daughter made BF wait in line at the Princess Royal Walk so I could get pics of him with the princesses. We had plenty of him with characters, but not a princess. Used the Hot off the Press papers again and added Prima flowers. Letters cut out with Cricut's Basecamp cartrige.
Used the Marakech line from Basic Grey. Background paper and rub-on for the journal block, I love this line. The ribbon is sheer between two solid satin strips.
Dear Husband has a hard time smiling and coming out as good looking as he is in person. I took a bunch of shots while Son got him relaxed and laughing. I painted corrugated cardboard, then printed the design on the kraft paper. He looks so relaxed. Away from all the cares of the world. We really hate going back to our real world.!

Experiment in Black and White
I walked into Michael's about a week after my birthday and the first thing I saw was this new paper line from http://www.kandcompany.com/shop/pc/viewCategories.asp?idCategory=769called Que Sera Sera. I fell in love and spent all my birthday money on brads, paper, journal blocks, and a die cut package that incuded paper and plastic overlays. Amazing stuff. So here's my first page. Needs a title but I didn't know what.
So of course kitty was helping me snap the photo!
